Jeff, Andrea, Zac and the entire crew consistently go above and beyond for their many customers and are always there when you need them. We have had many instances where a huge storm or a boat malfunction could have ruined an important family gathering but was saved by their immediate response and “can do” demeanor. | Doing business, with the folks at Little Crow Sports Center, is more than a ‘buyer’ and ‘seller’ relationship. Five years ago, we bought our pontoon from them, and, since then, we have participated in their “winter storage” program. In the Fall, they pick up the pontoon, ‘winterize’, and, then, ‘check it over’, so, it’s ready, for Spring delivery. This works out, very well for us. They are knowledgeable, reliable, helpful, and, at Little Crow Sports Center, “customers matter”. We have been loyal customers of Little Crow Sports Center ever since buying our first boat and lift there 22 years ago. Many years later, when it came time purchase a new pontoon, there was no question as to where we would go. The service is always top notch, (it takes some skill to keep a 20+ year old boat running well), fair in price, and very speedy. They have even gone so far as to make “house calls” to repair boat a lift on short notice! Several years ago we were leaving Little Crow after purchasing a new inflatable tube and I told my son ‘I probably could have saved a few dollars online” and before I could go any further he said, “but the online person wouldn’t come out and fix the boat lift!” - Bob Snook |

| My name is John Allen and we have a spot on Lake Henderson. We were able to access the Spicer area years ago by being able to use our sister-in-law's cabin. In the late 90's there was a Father's Day where I received a used Larson boat from Little Crow Sports Center from my wife and sons. I grew up on a farm and usually sunburn within minutes; however I married a mermaid. Jeff and Andrea have always been there for us. I remember a Fourth of July when we had several relatives join us with lots of the younger generation wanting to go tubing. Our boat acted up and Jeff and his crew were able to take care of it so we could still have it for that weekend. They literally saved the day for us. They have always been very fair and dependable. We had the best experience with Jeff and Andrea at Little Crow Sports Center. When looking for a boat, Jeff and Andrea gave very detailed explanations about the boat and financing options. No pressure sales. They were willing to let us test drive the boat before buying. All we had to do was meet them at the lake! After buying the boat, we purchased additional accessories. Two unexpected surprises happened. They took the time to demonstrate how to install the accessory and gave nuts/bolts out of their shop at no additional cost to finish the job. The other surprise.... they saved us $150 on shipping cost for our Bimini cover. They informed us if we waited a little bit that they could pick it up with their other orders. Who does this! Not only are Jeff and Andrea knowledgeable, we believe they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. We truly believe they are concerned more about the happiness of the customer than making a sale. All of these statements not only describe Jeff and Andrea but also their staff!
